Database Recruitment is designed for clients that are recruiting staff at all levels and require a shortlist of candidates within a 10 working day period from the point of the clients authorization.
After consultations with our clients, Ally HRS provides candidates suitably selected from its bank of screened professional personnel for permanent employment. In addition to their initiative and attitudinal suitability, a native speaker of English tests each candidate for his or her English language abilities. Consideration is given to all aspects of personnel employment and management as well as compatibility with our client environment and desired 'image' in addition to any other specific requirements voiced.
AllyHRS provides consultancy and personnel for all recruitment sectors -be it executive, technical, sales & marketing, accounting or administration. A fee only becomes payable when a candidate Ally HRS has introduced commences work for the client and, with a 3 month guarantee, the client may rest safe in the knowledge that they have made the right decision.

Mass Recruitment 1

Mass Recruitment Service was established as a direct response to our Client need for the project management of large and ongoing permanent or contract recruitment requirements. These requirements, to date, have been in the recruitment and maintenance of Call center, Customer Service, Sales and Administration staff groups for customers who want to outsource the responsibility of ensuring that a pre agreed number of staff working to pre agreed ability levels are recruited and maintained to pre agreed timeliness.
